Pre-Admission Registration Form

You can send your patients a Pre-Admission Registration Form via SMS or Email that will automatically update the patient information and demographics in the system upon submission of the form. Upon submission, this form then automatically appears in your Anaesthetist’s/Clinician’s dashboard to approve, reject or alert your staff to book an Anaesthetic Assessment.
